Mulled Wine or Glogg as it’s called in Scandinavia is the main traditional Winter and Christmas drink across the Nordic countries. For centuries people in Scandinavia have spiced and served their wine warm during the long and cold winters. Recipes vary; however, Scandinavian Mulled Wine has always been based on certain spices, sugar and wine.
Our Scandinavian Mulled Wine is produced according to a recipe from the early 1900 and we use a full bodied red wine as base and then spicing it with ginger, cardamom, clove and some secret spices. Available from September every year it’s the perfect Mulled Wine for any busy restaurant, pub or bar!
